This Month’s Bilt Rent Day Offers (June 2026)

The June Bilt Rent Day headline is a status-based TAP Air Portugal transfer bonus of up to 125%, with the now-familiar Bilt Cash upgrade option to bump your tier. Madonna is this month’s Rent Free guest ahead of Confessions II — the follow-up to her 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor — dropping July 3, with member-exclusive release parties in three cities, a custom pre-order vinyl, and Bilt covering a full month of rent for every tenant at The Music Building at 584 Eighth Avenue in Midtown, where Madonna was an early tenant before she became a star. There’s also a SoulCycle rooftop ride at Bilt HQ, GupShup kati rolls at the June food truck, and the usual lineup of comedy, dining, and fitness.

TAP Air Portugal Transfer Bonus

The headline this month is a status-based transfer bonus from Bilt Points to TAP Air Portugal Miles&Go, available on June 1 only. TAP is one of the more niche transfer partners in Bilt’s lineup, but it’s a solid Star Alliance currency for short-haul Europe and the occasional transatlantic sweet spot through Lisbon.

The TAP transfer bonus follows the same status-based structure Bilt has been running all year, with the Bilt Cash upgrade option to push you up one tier.

The Bilt Cash upgrade option works the same way it has for previous Rent Day bonuses. For $150 in Bilt Cash, you can temporarily bump your status one tier to access the next bonus level. Platinum members can push to a 125% bonus this way. The 100,000-point cap on bonus-eligible transfers continues to apply this month, and it’s combined across all transfers during Rent Day. Larger transfers will go through, but only the first 100,000 base points get the bonus applied.

If you try to transfer before June 1, a warning will pop up in the app.

Why TAP Is Worth A Look

TAP Air Portugal is a Star Alliance carrier with a hub in Lisbon, and its Miles&Go program is known for two things: a generous stopover program and unpredictable award pricing. The stopover program lets you spend up to 10 days in Lisbon or Porto on the way to another European destination at no additional airfare cost — useful if you’re piecing together a multi-city Europe trip. TAP flies to the U.S. from New York (JFK and Newark), Boston, Miami, Washington Dulles, Chicago, and San Francisco, with onward connections to over 90 destinations across Europe, Africa, and Brazil.

The catch with TAP is that Miles&Go is a revenue-based program for TAP-operated flights, which makes pricing inconsistent. The real sweet spots are partner redemptions on other Star Alliance carriers like United, Lufthansa, and Air Canada, where TAP charges fixed mileage rates that are sometimes lower than other Star Alliance programs.

Before transferring, search award space first. Don’t speculatively transfer 100k Bilt Points to TAP without a redemption in mind — Miles&Go is not a program you want to be stuck with.

Rent Free ft. Madonna and Confessions II

This month’s Rent Free game features Madonna, ahead of the July 3 release of Confessions II, the follow-up to her acclaimed 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor. Madonna is playing alongside Bilt members, and the better she scores, the more members win free rent.

The game opens Wednesday, May 27 at 12:00 PM ET and closes Monday, June 1 at 3:00 PM ET. Results post in the app after 4:00 PM ET on June 1. The top 10 scorers automatically win a month of free rent (up to $2,500), with an additional rent winner added for every answer Madonna gets correct. The next 100 get 1,000 Bilt Points and the next 500 get 100 Bilt Points.

Bilt Is Covering Rent at The Music Building

In a nod to Madonna’s pre-fame New York days, Bilt is covering a full month of rent for every tenant at The Music Building, the rehearsal facility at 584 Eighth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan where Madonna lived and rehearsed as one of the earliest tenants. It’s a one-time gesture, not a member promotion, but it’s a nice piece of partnership storytelling.

Madonna x Bilt Member-Exclusive Vinyl

Members can pre-order a custom vinyl of Confessions II designed exclusively for Bilt Members. The vinyl goes on sale Wednesday, May 27 at 9:00 AM ET while supplies last. Price is $19.95 with free shipping, and vinyls ship on or around the album’s July 3 release date. Final sale.

If you’re a Madonna fan or a vinyl collector, move fast. Member-exclusive merch drops like this typically sell out within hours.

Confessions II Release Parties (July 3)

Bilt is hosting member-exclusive release parties on the day Confessions II drops, July 3, in three cities:

  • New York — Electric Lady Studios, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • New York — Little Sister Lounge, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Los Angeles — Mes Amis, 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Chicago — Tao Chicago’s Chandelier Room, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Electric Lady Studios in particular is worth flagging. The studio was founded by Jimi Hendrix and has been used by Stevie Wonder, David Bowie, and Taylor Swift. Getting a member release party there is genuinely cool.

Runs from 12:00 AM ET to 11:59 PM PT on June 1, 2026.

Who Should Skip This Month’s Transfer Bonus

If you don’t have a specific TAP or Star Alliance redemption in mind, skip the transfer bonus this month. Miles&Go is a revenue-based program for TAP-operated flights, and the pricing inconsistency makes it a poor speculative transfer. Bilt Points are more valuable in your Bilt account, where you can still transfer to United, Air Canada Aeroplan, Avianca LifeMiles, Turkish Miles&Smiles, and others for the same Star Alliance routes — often without committing to TAP’s quirks.

If you do have a TAP partner redemption locked in and the math works, June 1 is the day to transfer.
